Job Summary

Morgan Reynolds Contracting is currently searching for an experienced Senior Estimator to work on contract.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for Bidding, Budgeting, Estimating, and Tendering for Lump Sum, Design/Build as well as renovation projects. Your role will also include the provision of pre-construction services and compilation of sub-trade tender packages.

Requirements

Proven experience (5+ years) estimating retail, residential, commercial and institutional projects.  A post secondary education with college diploma or degree related to Construction Management, Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating, as well as the ability to work from first principles. Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and estimating specific hardware.  Knowledge of the local market would be a definite advantage.
